Accuracy of Crypto Prices We fetch crypto prices from Coingecko, with a fetch interval of [60 seconds]. Please note that the accuracy of the prices may be affected by Coingecko's latency.

Non-Receivement (Lost) Funds In the event of non-receivement (lost) funds after an apparently successful transaction, both users and businesses should contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate and provide assistance to help recover the funds. Azimuth takes all necessary measures to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. However, in the unlikely event that you do not receive funds after a seemingly successful transaction, you should contact our customer support team immediately. This includes situations where funds may have been sent to an incorrect address or when there is a delay in receiving the funds.

Our customer support team will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the cause of the issue and provide assistance. In some cases, the funds may have been delayed due to network congestion or other technical issues beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with the relevant parties to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that Azimuth cannot be held responsible for funds that are lost due to user error or negligence, such as failing to properly secure your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have taken all necessary precautions to protect your funds and account information.

Gas Prices Gas prices may fluctuate based on network traffic. We cannot control these fluctuations and we will not be liable for any resulting delay or loss of funds.
